“Learn your theories as well as you can, but put them aside when you touch the miracle of the living soul.”  C. G. Jung

CGJIS and WPCA are inviting presentations for our conference to be held February 22 to 24, 2019. This Jungian conference is for professionals seeking to foster the central presence of soul in vocation and profession. We anticipate conference attendees and presenters from multiple professions, such as psychotherapy, theology, law, bodywork, education, psychoanalysis and medicine.

This is a national conference with keynote speakers Ann Belford Ulanov, Jungian Analyst, and Matthew Fox, theologian and author. Northwest poet David Whyte will join us on Saturday evening for a special event.

We are seeking 60 to 90-minute break-out group presentations that offer conference participants a deepened awareness and application of the care of soul in the presenter’s own professional practice. There will be several opportunities to present on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Presentations will reflect an awareness of and respect for Jung’s psychology and its contribution to profession.

Submissions should be limited to a title and a 300-word descriptive narrative. Please include a brief CV and be sure to include your email, phone and address.

Each presenter will have access to a quality sound system, data-projector and screen.

There is no compensation for presenting, although presenters will be offered complimentary conference attendance and CEUs, if applicable.

Proposal application deadline is July 22, 2018. Please submit your proposal to mavocet@gmail.com with subject line: COS 2019 Presentation Proposal.

Thank you. We look forward to receiving your submission.
